Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?Updated 7 months ago

Once an order is confirmed, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel or amend it.

Should you not wish to receive the order anymore, the two available options are the following:

1. Refuse the order upon its delivery. Once the parcel is returned back at the warehouse a refund will be issued.

2. Accept the delivery and proceed with a return following the return instructions.
