1. Visit our Returns Section and enter your order number and email address.

2. Follow the instructions and select the most suitable solution for you.

Please note that at the moment the refund is the only option available at the moment in your country. 

To exchange: the best way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size you wish to receive. 

3. Print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it to the package.

4. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location. Find the closest one from this link: https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_GB

Alternatively you can organise the pick-up getting in touch directly with UPS customer service from your country providing them with the tracking number.

5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving the return. 

As per our return conditions, please be informed that we will deduct a 7 £ shipping and handling fee from your refund.
