You can track your return using the tracking number on your prepaid return label.

Once we receive the return parcel, we will run a quality check on the returned items and, if the items returned are intact, we will proceed to the exchange / refund on the same payment method used for purchase. Please note the whole process can take up to 14 days.

The timing is due to the quality control checks and the time for the bank to process the refund if applicable.
