1. Visit our Returns Section and enter your order number and email address.

2. Follow the instructions and select the most suitable solution for you.

3. Print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it to the package.

4. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location. Find the closest one from this link: https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_IT 

Alternatively you can organise the pick-up getting in touch directly with UPS customer service from your country providing them with the tracking number.

5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund / exchange within 14 business days of receiving the return.
